An outdoor wedding in Chilliwack during the summer can still be a gamble, but thankfully the overcast sky didn't turn into anything dramatic. The ceremony was held at the bride's family farm and the bridal party portraits were done at a local park downtown. A hay shed on the farm was cleaned out and decorated for the reception. Overall, I had a blast shooting the day and it was great working with a bride & groom so comfortable with the camera and each other.
I used my Sigma 30mm f1.4 and Pentax FA 50mm 1.4 for indoor prep photos and the low-light reception. For the ceremony and portraits, my trusty pair: Pentax DA* 50-135 f2.8 & Pentax DA* 16-50mm f2.8. I shoot with the Pentax K3-II as my main and K5 as my second.
